Louise & Louise envisioned a wedding amidst the mountains, perched on the cliff's edge—a dream they brought to life near Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The Palace Yurt, furnished with stunning his and hers wicker chairs and antique wooden tables, welcomed their 100 guests against the backdrop of nature's breathtaking beauty.

Bathed in sunshine, their ceremony unfolded outdoors, accompanied by the vibrant tunes of a funky band that carried on into the late hours. To infuse their personal touch, they crafted and adorned the yurt with lush greenery hangings cascading from the central wheel. The blending of greenery against the yurt's natural wood created a whimsical forest-like atmosphere, immersing everyone in a wonderland of nature's charm.

What Louise & Conor had to say:

“Little Foot Yurts allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Their Palace Yurt was absolutely perfect for our outdoor wedding in the Cape Breton Highlands in July 2022. We have received dozens and dozens of compliments on our decor, and the yurt played a huge part in that - any other style of party tent simply would have looked out of place against the backdrop of the national park.

They showed up with a *2 person* team and got the set up done on the Thursday for our Saturday wedding, allowing a full day on Friday for decor. Our jaws dropped first, when we saw that they only needed two people for setup (they worked very hard in 30C weather!), and again when we saw the Palace Yurt in all its glory.

Communication was wonderful and setup was very smooth - they did not required myself of our coordinator at all throughout setup. Tear down occurred on Sunday and was very efficient, they left the area very clean - you wouldn't have been able to tell anything happened there at all. We were extremely happy with this as we had special permission for our wedding to occur in the national park and wanted to limit the time during which we impacted park visitors, etc.

Our yurt was set up on a flat grassy area and it worked out perfectly! Tables and chairs were set up over their burlap type flooring and had no issues at all. With some good planning, we were able to squeeze in 102 places for dinner, with room for a speech podium.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This team is amazing, and these yurts will give your wedding or event the most magical touch!”
